Packaging:

Your artwork will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube.

This method is safe and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. 

 

 

Delivery:

It’s really quick! Although we want to hand you the product within a minute, depending upon your address, the delivery time might vary between 5 - 7 working days. That still won't stop us from trying to get you your order faster. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. You will have to pardon us for such occurrences. We advise you to check your emails and SMS for any such updates.

 

Once you purchase an item, you will receive an email from us with shipping information ( it can take up to 3 working days), estimated delivery time, and any other relevant information. Special considerations can be discussed and settled before you make the payment. Orders are typically dispatched within 5 days of receiving payment (occasionally, it may take longer, if the item needs to be customized).

 

Delivery is free of cost all over India and flat 5000 Indian rupees (66$ USD) for international orders in Artlab Studio standard packing. For special packing, charges will have to be paid.
