We will dispatch your artwork in a dent-resistant tube in rolled form.
This is a safe method for shipment. Rolled work can be stretched easily by placing it on wooden stretcher bars. Stretching work is done by local frame maker.

Artwork is shipped with an invoice that can be found along with the product. If after receiving the package, if you need another invoice, give us a mail so that we can forward you a soft copy.
Artlab Studio believes in keeping its art lovers happy and satisfied with every purchase they make. If you have any problem with artwork you have purchased from us, we offer spontaneous customer service. In case if you want to return the product, we would request you to go through the Return and Refund Policy. Any return of products by users shall be governed by the terms and conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy. The terms and conditions contained in “Return and Refund Policy” are binding to purchaser without any modification.
- In the event where there are defects and deficiencies in the artwork (attributable to and accepted by Artlab Studio after due verification at it’s sole discretion); purchaser may initiate for returning the artwork on the platforms. A purchaser can initiate request for return of artwork not later than seven days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product.
- After confirmation from Artlab Studio purchaser will have a option to seek a refund of the money paid by him/her towards the purchase of the product. The purchaser has to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for return or exchange of products. The purchaser shall ensure that the product(s) being returned comply with the conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy. It should be ensured by the purchaser that the returned product is unused, having all tags intact and all packaging material undamaged. The returned product(s) should not carry stains or sweat marks. Artlab Studio reserves the right to alter and enforce Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the purchaser. After receipt of returned product at Artlab Studio, it will inspect the returned product and if found complying terms and conditions Artlab Studio will initiate refund of money within ten business days.
- A purchaser is permitted cancel orders prior to its dispatch from Artlab Studio. In the event of cancellation of order prior to dispatch of products, ArtLab Studio will initiate refunds within ten business days from the date on which it received the request from the purchaser. The refund will made by online banking. All refunds, except for refund to store credit, shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User’s bank.
Return of or refund for purchased product shall not be entertained by Artlab Studio if:
- The product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If ARTLAB Studio arrives at a conclusion that the product is used, ARTLAB shall reserve the right to reject the return of the product.
- The artwork is damaged or broken.
- The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the purchaser.
- The serial number/EAN number/bar code of the product does not match as per ARTLAB records.
- There are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the product or any part thereof.
- The gifts accompanying the purchased product are returned, or upon being returned, show signs of being used, washed or have defect.
- Artlab Studio confirms that the product has been rendered defective or unusable.
It is may be noted that the refund entitled by a purchaser will not include money paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time, except in case of product having a defect at the time of delivery.
Artlab Studio will make all reasonable attempts to keep the purchaser apprised of the status of refund through updates shared on the purchaser’s registered mobile number and email address.
We reserve the right to change or update this policy at any time by placing a prominent notice on our site. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to this site.
